摘要:

宁波钢铁有限公司引进市政再生水作为工业用水, 分析了该再生水的水质特点和使用情况, 对再生水用于敞开式循环冷却水系统的运行效果进行了评价, 并提出了使用市政再生水需要注意的几个问题:包括再生水质量及稳定性、优化循环冷却水处理技术方案、企业内用水管网的检测和维护以及保留外部事故水源等。

Abstract:

The municipal reclaimed water introduced by Ningbo Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. has been used as industrial water. The characteristics and usage of reclaimed water quality are analyzed, and the running efficacy of the reclaimed water having been used for open circulating cooling water systems are evaluated. Furthermore, it is brought forward that some issues to which attention should be paid in the usage of municipal reclaimed water, including water quality and stability of reclaimed water, optimization of the project on circulating cooling water treatment technology, and detection and maintenance of water pipe webs in enterprises and retaining external water sources for any accidents.
